Job Description:
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of dairy farmers
• Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Monitoring animal health
• Maintain work records and logs
• Perform general farm duties
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Train staff

Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a farm supervisor, if candidate does not have at least 2 years of experience, a college certificate or other specialized training in agriculture is required.
- Ability to supervise 2-4 people
- Equipment and Machinery Experience (asset): Tractor, Automated manure handling or storage system and Milking system (automated)
Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 Hourly, 50 - 60 Hours per week

Important Information: Position requires extended work hours and flexibility in scheduling
Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 12:00pm and from 15:00pm to 18:00pm
Must work a second weekend from 5:00am to 12:00pm and from 15:00pm to 18:00pm – sometimes switch weekends according to company’s requirements
